CRM and property management
Check which property and tenancy records can be read from your CRM. Read access and permission to write updates are separate and must be confirmed for your connection.
Acquaint CRM
Read property and tenancy records from Acquaint, so repairs and renewals are raised against the right file.

Data access agreed with Acquaint for your own account.

None. This connection is read-only by design.
Limitations
This connection is read-only. LETO reads the confirmed rent and arrears fields and does not initiate, approve or alter payments, hold client money or operate a rent ledger.

Check which reports, photographs and inspection records a connection can supply, and how they can be used in your agreed maintenance workflow.
Fixflo
Take resident repair reports raised in Fixflo, evaluate them on arrival, then drive the triage, approval and contractor steps.

Report content is produced in InventoryBase. LETO records the findings and raises the follow-up.

Limitations
LETO does not hold client money or operate a rent ledger. Reconciliation, ledger entries and landlord statements remain in the accounting system.
