How the connection works
Jupix is most often found in lettings-led agencies, where the tenancy and property management side of the business carries the heaviest administrative load. That is also where LETO does most of its work, so the two sit close together.
How access is granted
Your administrator provisions a LETO user within your own Jupix account and applies the permissions listed above. The connection is scoped to the branches and record types you choose, so a single-branch pilot is possible before you widen it.
What changes day to day
Tenancy progress, renewal timing and compliance dates are read directly from Jupix, so LETO chases the right party at the right point without a coordinator keeping a parallel spreadsheet. Outcomes are written back as notes and activity records against the tenancy.
What stays with your team
Serving notices, agreeing rent changes and releasing funds remain human decisions. LETO prepares the paperwork and the evidence trail, then waits for a person to approve it.
