Tenancy administration

Track move-in readiness and follow up outstanding work

Track documents, referencing status, certificate dates and move-in readiness. LETO requests missing items and follows up outstanding tasks under your agreed rules. Staff can review the full record and deal with exceptions.

Tenancy paperwork, dates and approvals in one running record.

Move-in readiness

See what is blocking a move-in

Check each readiness item, its owner and its due date against the tenancy. See missing documents and overdue actions before the move-in date. Your agency sets the checklist.

Checklist content is set by your agency. LETO records completion and evidence automatically; it does not certify compliance.

Tenancy tasks

Documents, dates and outstanding items

Track who is responsible, when each task is due and which reminders have been sent.

Readiness raised automatically

Pre-tenancy items appear as soon as a tenancy is created and are tracked to completion, with evidence attached where a document is required.

Certificate expiry monitoring

LETO monitors recorded expiry dates and opens the renewal itself, so your team can see which certificates need renewal and follow up before the recorded expiry date.

Renewal tasks opened in advance

Renewal and notice activity is raised on the tenancy ahead of time, with the correspondence that supports it held alongside.

Assigned tasks

Assign tasks using your team structure. Keep the owner, due date and history available when work passes to another colleague or branch.

Documents filed where they belong

Signed agreements, inventories and correspondence are attached to the tenancy as they arrive, instead of a shared drive.

Blocked move-ins and overdue items

See which items are preventing a tenancy from progressing and which tasks have passed their due date.

Stated plainly

What the automation does not do

  • It does not certify that a property is compliant. It records the checks your agency defines and the evidence supplied.

  • It does not serve statutory notices on your behalf, and it does not provide legal wording.

  • It does not hold client money or operate a rent ledger. Accounting stays in your existing system.

  • Deposit registration depends on the scheme you use and is subject to that provider’s own access terms.

  • It does not act beyond the limits your administrators set. Any step outside those limits waits for a person, and every automated action is logged with its reasoning.
