Terms
Website terms of use
These terms cover your use of this website. Use of the LETO application is governed by a separate written agreement, and nothing on this site forms part of it.
What these terms cover
By using this website you accept these terms. They apply to the pages published at this address, including anything you read, download or send us through a form. If you have a signed agreement with us for the LETO application, that agreement takes precedence over anything written here or elsewhere on the site.
Who operates this site
This website is operated by LETO AI LTD, company number 17539196. Where these terms say we, us or our, that means LETO AI LTD. Where they say you or your, that means the person or organisation using this site. For clarity, the previously listed address at 167-169 Great Portland Street, Fifth Floor, London, W1W 5PF and VAT number GB347679743 belong to AIC Professional Services UK Ltd (company number 12252641), not LETO AI LTD.
These terms should be read with our privacy notice and cookie notice. They do not replace any separately signed agreement. Where a framework agreement, statement of work, licence, support agreement, non-disclosure agreement or data processing agreement is in place, that agreement takes precedence if the two conflict.
The information on this site
Descriptions of what LETO does are written to help you decide whether to talk to us. They are not a specification and do not form a contract.
Screenshots and diagrams are illustrative. They show the shape of the software rather than a guaranteed final appearance.
Nothing on this site is legal, financial, tax or regulatory advice. Lettings and property management are regulated activities and you remain responsible for your own compliance.
Any figures, scopes or timescales we quote in writing to you directly take precedence over a general statement on a web page.
Acceptable use
You may read, print and share these pages for your own business purposes. You may not:
Copy substantial parts of the site to present as your own, or republish it commercially without our written permission.
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its hosting, or any system connected to it.
Use automated means to scrape the site at a rate that affects its availability for others.
Submit anything through a form that is unlawful, misleading, or that you do not have the right to share with us.
Security monitoring and reporting a problem
We operate logging, monitoring and access controls to protect this site, the people who use it and the business behind it. That may include traffic, requests, authentication events, error logs and form submissions, handled as set out in our privacy notice. You must not try to bypass, disable or evade any of it. Unauthorised access, or attempted access, may be a criminal offence.
If you believe you have found a vulnerability, misconfiguration or data exposure, report it to privacy@aicuk.ltd and do not exploit, publish, alter, delete or extract anything. Security testing, scanning, probing and exploit development are not authorised unless we have agreed them with you in writing.
Enquiries do not create a contract
Sending an enquiry, a demonstration request, a questionnaire or a request for pricing does not create a contract, a duty to quote or an obligation on either side to proceed. Any engagement becomes binding only when it is agreed in writing by people authorised to do so. Capability descriptions, roadmap language and indicative figures on this site are general information, not contractual commitments.
Accounts and restricted areas
Where you are given access to an account, portal or restricted area, you are responsible for giving accurate information, keeping credentials confidential, using any required multi-factor authentication, allowing only authorised people to use the account, and telling us promptly if you suspect misuse or compromise. You are responsible for activity carried out with your credentials unless it was caused by our breach of duty.
Lawful use, sanctions and sensitive material
You must not use this site, or ask us for services, in breach of export control, trade control, sanctions, anti-money laundering, anti-bribery or national security law. You must not use anything published here for unlawful surveillance, unauthorised intrusion or any other unlawful purpose. We may refuse, suspend or end access where sanctions, legal, regulatory or ethical concerns arise.
Do not send classified, protectively marked, export-controlled, legally privileged or special category personal data through this website, and do not send tenant files or other sensitive records through a web form. Ask us first and we will agree a suitable channel. You must not offer or arrange any bribe, improper payment or other improper advantage in connection with this site or any dealing with us, and we may report suspected bribery, fraud or procurement abuse to the relevant authorities.
Intellectual property
The LETO name, logo, written content, design and code of this site belong to us or to our licensors. Third-party names and marks mentioned on the site, including the systems LETO integrates with, remain the property of their owners and are used only to describe compatibility. Their appearance here does not imply endorsement or partnership.
Links to other sites
Where we link to another organisation we do so because it is useful, not because we control what it publishes. We are not responsible for the content, availability or privacy practices of sites we do not operate.
Availability and liability
We aim to keep the site available and accurate, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or free of error. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it without notice.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss of profit, loss of business, loss of data or any indirect loss arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
Subject to the above, our total liability in connection with your use of this website will not exceed £100. Where you hold a separate written agreement with us, the liability terms in that agreement apply to the services it covers.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
Indemnity and suspension of access
You agree to cover the claims, losses, costs and legal fees we incur as a result of your breach of these terms, your misuse of the site, your infringement of someone else’s rights, or your unauthorised submission of confidential, personal or restricted information.
We may restrict, suspend or end your access where you breach these terms, where credentials are compromised, where there is a legal, security or regulatory risk, or where we are required to do so by a court, regulator or law enforcement body. Suspension does not affect rights or obligations that have already accrued.
General
You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these terms without our written consent. We may transfer ours where that is reasonably necessary for business, restructuring or service delivery. If any provision is found to be unenforceable, it will be modified only as far as necessary, or treated as deleted, and the rest will continue to apply. A delay in enforcing a right is not a waiver of it, and a waiver is only effective if we give it in writing. These terms give no rights to anyone who is not a party to them under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.
These terms, together with the privacy notice and cookie notice, are the whole agreement between you and us about your use of this website. We may amend them to reflect changes in law, the service or our operations, and the current version is always the one published here.
