Accessibility statement

This statement explains how accessible this website is, what we have done about it, and how to tell us when something does not work for you.

This statement applies to this website. It does not cover the LETO application, which will have its own statement.

The standard we work to

We design and build this site against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines version 2.2 at level AA. We test as we go, fix what we find, and welcome reports of anything that gets in your way.

What we have done

  • Pages use real headings in order, so screen readers and reading modes can follow the structure.

  • Body text is set at 16 pixels or larger and reflows when you zoom to 200 per cent or increase your browser text size.

  • Text and interface colours are drawn from a fixed palette chosen to meet the AA contrast ratios.

  • Buttons, links and form controls are at least 44 by 44 pixels, so they can be used without fine pointer control.

  • Every interactive element can be reached with a keyboard and shows a visible focus outline.

  • Form fields have visible labels that stay on screen while you type, and errors are described in words.

  • Images that carry meaning have alternative text, and decorative images are left unlabelled.

Known limitations

A few things worth knowing:

  • We test with keyboard navigation and screen readers as we build, and we act on any issue you report to us.

  • Product screenshots and diagrams are illustrative and the detail inside them is not available as text.

  • If a page or component is difficult to use with your setup, tell us which browser and assistive technology you use and we will prioritise it.

Telling us about a problem

If you cannot use part of this site, write to hello@leto.ai and tell us the page, what you were trying to do, and the browser or assistive technology you were using. We aim to reply on the next working day and will tell you honestly how long a fix is likely to take.

If you need information another way

Anything published on this site can be supplied in plain text or large print on request. Ask us and we will send it in the format that suits you.

Review

We review this statement whenever the site changes materially, and at least once a year.
