How the connection works
Alto is a cloud CRM used by sales and lettings teams that want one system for properties, applicants and tenancies. Where Alto is your system of record, LETO reads from it before acting and writes back only the notes and updates your administrator has approved.
How access is granted
Access is granted from inside your own Alto account. Your administrator creates a dedicated user for LETO and applies the permissions listed above. There is nothing to install locally, and the connection can be suspended by your administrator without involving us.
What changes day to day
Because Alto is browser based, most teams already treat it as the single place to look. LETO keeps that true. Chases, summaries and status updates are drafted from the live Alto record, and the resulting note lands back on the property, applicant or tenancy it relates to.
What stays with your team
Record creation, fee changes and client money decisions stay manual. Where a field is not in the write scope above, LETO raises the change for a person to apply rather than forcing it through.
