Limitations

Runs against your own Reapit account. You decide which fields LETO writes back.

Provider names describe compatibility. Their use does not imply endorsement or partnership.

How the connection works

Reapit is the system of record for a large share of sales and lettings agencies. Where it is in place, LETO treats Reapit as the master source for properties, applicants, tenancies and contacts, and works around it rather than asking your team to maintain a second database.

How access is granted

Your administrator creates a dedicated LETO user inside your own Reapit account and applies the permissions listed above. Nothing is installed on your machines. Because the connection runs as that user, every action LETO takes is attributable in your own audit trail, and access can be narrowed or withdrawn by your administrator at any time.

What changes day to day

Negotiators and property managers carry on working in Reapit. LETO reads the live record before it drafts anything, so a chase, a progression summary or a tenancy update reflects the current position rather than an overnight copy. Updates are written back as notes and activities against the same record, so the history stays in one place.

What stays with your team

Creating and closing records, changing fees and anything that affects client money stays a human decision. LETO does not delete records and does not act outside the permissions your administrator has set.
