Limitations

Setup requires tenant administrator consent in your own Microsoft 365 environment.

Provider names describe compatibility. Their use does not imply endorsement or partnership.

How the connection works

Microsoft 365 is the workplace layer rather than a property system, so the connection is described element by element. Sign-in, mailbox, calendar and document storage all run through the account your team already uses, which means automation sends and files under your own domain.

How access is granted

Setup requires tenant administrator consent in your own Microsoft 365 environment. Your administrator reviews the requested permissions and grants only those listed above. Consent can be withdrawn from the Microsoft admin centre at any time, without involving us.

Sign-in and identity

Your team signs in with their existing work account, so access follows your own directory and there is no extra password to manage. When someone leaves and their account is disabled, their access to LETO goes with it.

Mailbox correspondence

Email correspondence attaches to the case it belongs to, so the thread sits with the work rather than in someone’s inbox. Messages are sent from your own domain, and a colleague covering the file can see the full exchange without a forward.

Calendar and appointments

Contractor and inspection appointments write to your team calendar, so the diary everyone already checks stays correct. Changes and cancellations are reflected in the same place rather than announced separately.

Document storage

Tenancy documents are stored in your own SharePoint or OneDrive, so the files stay under your control and inside your retention rules. LETO files and references documents; it is not a separate document store.

What stays with your team

Mailbox rules, retention policy, directory membership and licence allocation remain yours. LETO works within the consent your administrator grants and nothing wider.
