How the connection works
Street.co.uk is a newer platform, and agencies using it tend to have already tightened their vendor and landlord communication. LETO is positioned to extend that rather than duplicate it.
How access is granted
Your administrator authorises LETO from inside your own Street.co.uk account with the permissions listed above. Nothing is installed, and the connection is scoped to the branches you nominate.
What changes day to day
LETO reads the live pipeline and tenancy picture and handles the follow-up that normally falls to whoever has time. Because the platform already surfaces activity clearly to clients, LETO writes its notes back into the same record so your client-facing view stays accurate.
What stays with your team
Offer decisions, fee changes and anything touching client money stay manual. LETO does not delete records.
