How the connection works
Dezrez is a cloud CRM with a published interface, which makes it one of the more straightforward systems to work alongside. Where Dezrez holds your properties, applicants and tenancies, LETO reads from it and writes back inside a scope your administrator sets.
How access is granted
Your administrator issues credentials for a dedicated LETO user from within your own Dezrez account and applies the permissions listed above. Access is reviewed with you at go-live and can be reduced or revoked by your administrator without involving us.
What changes day to day
Sales progression and tenancy administration are driven from the live record, so the next action is based on what is actually in Dezrez this morning. Notes and activities are written back against the same record so nothing lives only inside LETO.
What stays with your team
Creating or closing records, amending fees and releasing client money stay with your staff. LETO prepares, drafts and chases; a person decides.
