Limitations
LETO does not hold client money or operate a rent ledger. Reconciliation, ledger entries and landlord statements remain in the accounting system.
Provider names describe compatibility. Their use does not imply endorsement or partnership.
How the connection works
Accounting systems sit at the end of the chain, and the risk in connecting them is always the same: a wrong figure posted automatically is harder to unpick than a missing one. The connection is built around that.
How access is granted
Your administrator decides whether LETO reads from the accounting system, produces a file for your bookkeeper, or both. Where your system supports a dedicated user, one is created for LETO with the permissions listed above.
What changes day to day
Reporting and reconciliation queries are answered from the same figures your finance team works from, so a landlord statement question does not need a separate investigation. Where an export is the right answer, LETO prepares it on a schedule you set.
What stays with your team
Posting entries, approving payments and reconciling client accounts remain with your finance team. LETO does not post to a ledger.
