Limitations

Referencing decisions remain Goodlord’s. LETO records the outcome and acts on it.

Provider names describe compatibility. Their use does not imply endorsement or partnership.

How the connection works

Goodlord handles referencing, tenancy setup and signing for a lot of lettings teams. The useful thing for LETO is the timing: a referencing outcome or an unsigned agreement is the point at which chasing usually starts.

How access is granted

Your administrator authorises LETO from inside your own Goodlord account with the permissions listed above. The connection is read-led, because referencing decisions and signed documents belong to Goodlord and should not be duplicated elsewhere.

What changes day to day

When a reference completes or a signature is outstanding, LETO picks it up and follows through with the tenant, guarantor or landlord, logging the chase against the tenancy in your CRM. Your team sees progress without having to open two systems and compare them.

What stays with your team

Referencing decisions, affordability judgements and any override of a result stay with your staff. LETO reports what Goodlord says; it does not interpret it for you.
