PayProp

Read rent reconciliation and arrears position, so chasing and reporting reflect what has actually been collected.

Every connection runs against your own account, with access granted by your own administrator.

Category

Tenancy, referencing and payments

Prerequisites

Reporting access enabled on your own PayProp account.

Verified read scope

Rent due and received, arrears position and payment references

Verified write scope

None. This connection is read-only by design.

Limitations

This connection is read-only. LETO reads the confirmed rent and arrears fields and does not initiate, approve or alter payments, hold client money or operate a rent ledger.

Provider names describe compatibility. Their use does not imply endorsement or partnership.

How the connection works

PayProp handles rent collection, reconciliation and landlord payments. Because it is a client money system, the connection is deliberately one-directional for anything that moves funds.

How access is granted

Your administrator grants LETO access from inside your own PayProp account, limited to the permissions listed above. LETO reads payment and arrears position. It does not initiate, approve or alter a payment, and it is not granted the ability to do so.

What changes day to day

Arrears chasing starts from the actual reconciled position rather than a manual check, and the chase is logged against the tenancy. Landlord reporting can reference the same figures, so a statement question is answered from one source.

What stays with your team

All payment authorisation, allocation and release stays inside PayProp with your staff. Arrears escalation beyond a reminder is a human decision.
