How the connection works
Fixflo is where repairs are reported and triaged in many property management teams. LETO works on the queue that builds up behind it: the updates, the contractor chasing and the tenant communication.
How access is granted
Your administrator authorises LETO inside your own Fixflo account with the permissions listed above. The scope covers issue detail and status so LETO can follow a job through; it does not include altering the triage logic you have configured.
What changes day to day
A reported issue is acknowledged, categorised against the tenancy and kept moving. Where a contractor has not responded or an appointment has slipped, LETO chases and records the outcome, so the job does not sit still while everyone assumes someone else is on it.
What stays with your team
Deciding liability, authorising spend above your threshold and anything involving a safety risk goes straight to a named person. LETO flags and prepares; it does not approve work.
