Integration

Veco

Work alongside Veco, so property operations and client accounting stay on the same property and tenancy records.

Every connection runs against your own account, with access granted by your own administrator.

Limitations

LETO does not touch the Veco client accounting ledger.

Provider names describe compatibility. Their use does not imply endorsement or partnership.

How the connection works

Veco keeps sales, lettings and block management in a single database, which suits agencies running several disciplines from one office. That breadth is useful for LETO, because tenancy, maintenance and client reporting all read from the same place.

How access is granted

Your administrator creates a LETO user inside your own Veco account and applies the permissions listed above. Access can be limited by discipline, so you can start with lettings and add block management later.

What changes day to day

Because the database is shared across disciplines, LETO can read a property once and use it for tenancy chasing, maintenance triage and client reporting. Updates go back against the same record, so a block manager and a lettings administrator see the same history.

What stays with your team

Service charge decisions, fee changes and client money movements stay manual. LETO does not create or remove records.
